【注意事項】
・魚はなるべく新鮮な魚を選びましょう。
・内臓は生で食べないようにご注意ください。
・アニサキスを死滅させるには、70℃以上、または60℃なら１分以上の加熱、-20℃以下で24時間以上の冷凍が必要です。
・一般的な料理で使う薬味(山葵、生姜、にんにく)や酢では殺虫効果はありません。
